CNC-Turning
Our state of the art CNC Turning centers and Multitask Turn/Mill machines with Y- and B-axis enable us the machining of high precision, complex parts. We have a lot of experience in hard turning up to 65HRC and above.
CNC-Milling
With several CNC Machining Centers from Okuma and Yasda with up to 5 axis, we are ready to tackle copious complex milling jobs. Programming is done on SolidCAM with iMachining3D for an efficient material removal.
Wire-EDM
Very small tolerances, intricate features and hardened? In this case, Wire EDM (electrical discharge machining) is the method of choice! We have many years of experience in this field and know how to reach the highest levels of precision.
Grinding
With 2 CNC controlled surface grinders from OKAMOTO we can reach best flatness and parallelism on our parts and keep tolerances of a few µm on a part size up to 1000x500mm.
Quality control
Our own expectations in terms of quality and precision dictates a thorough check of all machined parts with high quality measurement equipment prior to leaving our shop.

In cooperation with experienced and reliable partners we can offer complex heat and surface treatment solutions.
